Raipur , May 17 Three police personnels were killed in an encounter with Naxals in Chhattisgarh&aposs Dantewada district, police said today.
" Three special police officers were killed yesterday when a group of Naxals attack a team of security personnels at Neelamdagu village who were returning after destroying a Maoist camp there," Deputy Inspector of Police Pawan Dev told PTI, adding that the rebels managed to fled the spot.
However, Dantewada police claimed that eight Naxals were also killed in the counter-attack. But their bodies are yet to be found.
